Leigh wears many professional hats, and her experience spans industries—machine learning, automation, emergent tech, EdTech, FinTech, healthcare, cyber, anti money laundering, law, government, and she cofounded a mobile tech (social app) startup. Leigh's skills include product and program management; product, service, and experience design; brand and marketing for global corporations and products; tactical design thinking; business and product strategy; change management; and illustration. She is focused on designing an intuitive and delightful customer experience with a company’s brand, products, services, physical environments, and staff. She partners with teams across an enterprise–executive, strategy, PR, marketing, business development, legal, engineers, analysts, and many others.
