Experiences

2D and 3D experiences often intersect at various touch points along a user's journey. Leigh designs both. She creative directs large corporate event experiences the scale of multiple football fields. Design orchestration of a large event requires developing core and secondary event branding; pre-event digital and print advertising; and the onsite 3D, digital, and print integrated experience and user flow through the event space. Leigh also contributed design to the national rollout of a hybrid cafe and banking experience. The cafe experience is inclusive of customer flows, conversations, and interactions with 2D, 3D, and human touch points in the space; ergonomics; and interior design. Leigh directed design of an ATM truck that users summon to them via mobile app. And, she contributes design thinking to social good initiatives, like her Pop Up Bus idea that seeks to enable youth as they seek employment.
